Once Application is downloaded, users can login using their credentials (username and password) provided to them. Collection of User information/data This Application may collect information related to your identity, Calendar, Contacts, Location, SMS, Phone, Photo/media/files, storage, camera, device ID & call information. Such information, input/queries are required to serve you better. During the process, we may collect and store some additional demographic/ personal information, such as name, address, contact details (mobile or email address). We may also capture/store documents related to proof of identity and proof of address.
Use and sharing of User information/data Nucleus uses the collected information only to provide agreed upon services to its registered users. User data is saved securely in database and back up of database is also encrypted. Users will be able to update their basic information/profile through website. Nucleus's authorized agents/internal stakeholders/service providers may have access to Nucleus's technology to collect/use/update user information in the course of providing services to the registered user. We will not sell or share collected information with any third party except for the purpose as stated herein; however we reserve the right to share information with any third party that makes a legally compliant request for its disclosure.
