First Time Logging ?

1	Enter User Id.
2	Press TAB Button.
3	If the User Id is mapped to more than one Company, then only corresponding Companies listing will appear in the Company drop down else Company Drop Down will not visible on the screen.
3	Enter the Password, select the Company listing (if visible) and click on Login button.
4	If Cancel button is clicked,it will clear User Id and Password fields.

Forgot Your Password ?

1	Click on Forgot Your Password link in Home page.
2	By default Branch Code (if visible) and User Id fields will be populated with values of corresponding fields from Home page.
3	Enter Birthdate, Mother's Maiden Name, Zip/Pin Code and New Password.
4	If any of the above information that is Birthdate, Mother's Maiden Name, Zip/Pin Code is incorrect, then focus will shift to corresponding field.
5	Password should be alphanumeric with minimum of six and no repetitive characters.
6	If no error is displayed after performing above-mentioned activities, then Password is reinitialized.
7	Click Home button to login.

Why Change Password screen comes ?

1	If system administrator reinitialized your Password or you are logging into ReQuest for the first time.

What to do when 'Database Access Denied' message comes ?

1	You can use Forgot Your Password link or contact system administrator at request@nucleussoftware.com.
